What it is like
Playa de Sardiñeiro is an urban stretch of white sand, calm waters and low occupancy, 370 metres long and 60 metres wide. The seafront promenade and vegetation continue into a landscaped area containing a small children’s playground and outdoor fitness equipment, a distinctive feature of this beach. Access is on foot, although it is listed as difficult, and there is parking for fewer than 50 vehicles and an interurban bus service. Toilets, showers, foot-washing facilities, catering and cleaning services complete the facilities.
