Beach at a glance
What it is like
Playa de Riumar, also called Riomar, is a fine golden-sand beach in the Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro, about eight kilometres from the urban centre of Deltebre. Its 1,100-metre length and 150-metre width form a semi-urban frontage beside the development of the same name, with vegetation and a promenade. The usual wave conditions are moderate and anchorage is available. It is easily reached on foot via the TV-3451; there is parking for more than 100 vehicles, toilets, showers, drinking water, catering and nautical equipment hire.
