What it is like
Playa de Ponent is one of the longest beaches in Vilassar de Mar, together with Cabrera. Its 1,160 metres of golden sand run along an urban frontage with a seafront promenade, medium occupancy and calm waters. Its width of 20 metres maintains a narrow, continuous coastal profile. Access is easy on foot, with interurban transport and a connection via the N-II. Practical facilities include toilets, showers, foot-wash facilities, food and drink services and cleaning.
