Dunes and vegetation accompany this semi-urban beach with calm waters, low occupancy and an area intended to support the recovery of nesting by native birds such as the Kentish plover. A small viewpoint includes a swimming lane, and some metres are reserved for fishing. It is easily reached on foot or by car, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles.
