What it is like
Playa de Cope is an isolated rocky shore 250 metres long and 15 metres wide, situated in front of a dune setting. The presence of a fossil dune is one of its distinctive features, while the rock makes it relatively unsuitable for bathers, as the description notes. Vegetation accompanies the coastal frontage and the surf is usually moderate. It can be reached on foot, by car or by boat; there is parking for fewer than 50 vehicles.
