Playa D'Illa Roja takes its name from a reddish rocky islet, visible in an isolated setting of rocks and pine trees. Its golden beach is 174 metres long and 15 metres wide, beside a cliff coast, and has moderate waves; access is from the neighbouring Playa del Racó. The coastal path forms the seafront promenade and the listing rates accessibility as good, with easy access on foot. In practical terms, it has litter bins, cleaning and a play area, and nudism is also listed among its characteristics.
