Playa Las Cucharas is an urban beach of white sand, 640 metres long and only 20 metres wide, separated by several breakwaters. The seafront promenade accompanies a very busy frontage, usually windy and with moderate waves, while the surf area is among its stated uses. The beach combines catering, sun-lounger and parasol hire, and ramp access for people with reduced mobility. It is reached on foot or by car, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles and connections on routes 1 and 2.
