Playa Carvajal is characterised by its position away from the centre of Fuengirola and by the youthful atmosphere recorded in the official description. It is an urban beach 1,200 metres long and 40 metres wide, formed by dark sand and accompanied by a promenade. The beach forms one unit with Carvajal beach in Benalmádena, extending the continuity of the coast. Access is easy on foot or by car, with more than 100 parking spaces and an urban bus connection. Practical facilities include an accessible bathing area, toilets, showers and nautical services.
