Playa Calnegre is an isolated beach measuring 190 metres in length and 38 metres in width, with fine golden sand and a protected mountainous setting. Its modest size and medium occupancy fit the tranquil atmosphere described for the beach, while the usual waters are calm. Vegetation and the Espacio Natural Protegido complete a lightly urbanised landscape. Access is on foot or by car via the RM-D21, with between 50 and 100 parking spaces. There are toilets, foot-washing points, catering and the GR 92 route.
