Playa Calipso, also identified as San Juan de los Terreros and Calypso, is a small developed beach of golden sand. Its 250-metre length and 25-metre width are integrated into an urban frontage, with a seafront promenade, vegetation, anchorage and calm waters, within a ZEPIM. It is easily reached on foot or by car via the A-332, with fewer than 50 parking spaces and an interurban bus. Facilities include toilets, showers, hire of sun loungers and parasols, a children’s playground and adapted access.
