Playa Cala Marçal forms a semi-urban white-sand beach that is wider than it is long: it reaches 90 metres in length and 150 metres in width. The area remains heavily occupied but retains the appearance of a tranquil cove, with calm waters and surroundings prepared for staying. There are showers, food and drink establishments and sun lounger, parasol and water-sports equipment hire, as well as an anchorage area. Access is easy on foot or by car, with parking for between 50 and 100 vehicles and an interurban bus service.
