What it is like
Playa Cala de La Almadrava occupies a small protected natural space between Rincón de Loix and Cala del Tío Ximo. Its 100 metres of length and 7 metres of width consist of rock, with vegetation, moderate waves and low occupancy. Its secluded character contrasts with Benidorm’s urban surroundings, although access on foot is recorded as difficult. It is reached from the N-332 and has an urban bus service, bins, cleaning, anchorage and sun lounger and parasol hire.
