Playa El Cable is a white-sand beach 315 metres long and 18 metres wide, situated in a semi-urban setting of Arrecife. The lightly occupied beach combines vegetation, a seafront promenade and a protected area, with conditions described as windy and with moderate waves. The nearby coast contains the Marina Colón landing stage, an element completing its relationship with the port surroundings. Access is easy on foot or by car via the LZ-2, with fewer than 50 parking spaces and an urban bus service. It has cleaning, litter bins and a nautical club.
