Playa de Marchamalo, also called Barco Perdido, is a long urban beach in La Manga, formed by golden sand in a strip 1,600 metres long and 20 metres wide. The promenade and urban frontage accompany high occupancy, with moderate or strong surf according to the information, as well as anchorage areas. It is easily accessible on foot, by car or by boat from the La Manga motorway; facilities include parking for more than 100 vehicles, an urban bus service, foot showers, catering and nautical equipment hire.
