What it is like
Playa de la Charca is a small urban beach of dark sand, 40 metres long and 15 metres wide, accompanied by a seafront promenade. Its most distinctive feature appears at high tide, when small walls retain the water and form a natural pool. The coastal frontage is urban, the surroundings semi-urban, and usual conditions combine wind and calm waters. Access is easy on foot or by car, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles. Bins are provided as basic equipment.
