What it is like
Playa de la Carrera is an urban beach in Mogán barely 40 metres long and 44 metres wide, formed of dark sand, gravel and shingle. The promenade and urban frontage contrast with the ZEC area of the Franja Marina de Mogán, 500 metres offshore. Occupancy is medium and the waves moderate. Access is easy on foot or by car from the GC-500, with parking for fewer than 50 vehicles and an interurban bus service. The port of Arguineguín is listed as a nearby nautical reference.
