What it is like
Playa de la Anegada retains a particularly pronounced natural character: its surface is arranged on two levels and has a very irregular layout. It forms part of a military zone and access is restricted, requiring prior permission, a decisive factor in understanding its isolated character. The beach extends for 3,500 metres and is 40 metres wide, with golden sand, dunes, vegetation and low visitor numbers.
