What it is like
Playa de Espalmador is an isolated gravel beach on the island of Cabrera, within Parque Nacional del Archipiélago de Cabrera. It measures 140 metres in length and 17 metres in width, with a mountainous, vegetated frontage, calm waters and low occupancy. It is reached on foot or by boat, and the anchorage forms part of the practical information associated with the site. Puerto de Cabrera is given as a nautical reference. Its identity depends above all on its belonging to the protected archipelago and on the combination of mountainous scenery and a gravel shore.
