What it is like
Playa de Do Caeiro is a local beach frequented by neighbouring residents, occupying a semi-urban stretch of Poio. It is 65 metres long and only 5 metres wide, with white sand, vegetation, calm waters and medium occupancy. Its narrowness is one of its clearest morphological features and helps explain its local character. It is easily accessed on foot from the PO-308; there is parking for fewer than 50 spaces, interurban transport and a cleaning service.
