What it is like
Playa de Diego Hernández, also called Playa Blanca, is an isolated beach 200 metres long and 25 metres wide, with golden sand and calm waters. It opens onto a mountainous landscape with vegetation, within an area of Hábitats Naturales de Interés Comunitario and Sitio de Interés Científico. Visitor numbers are medium and the beach has a nudist character. Access on foot is not difficult, although it is usually reached by boat; Puerto Colón is the nearest marina.
