What it is like
Playa de Degollador, also known as Platja Gran, is a cove integrated into the urban centre of Ciutadella and much frequented by local residents. The beach measures 37 metres in length and 45 metres in width, with white sand, calm waters and a semi-urban frontage with high occupancy. Its adaptation for people with reduced mobility, marked bathing area and straightforward access via the Ronda de Ciutadella define much of its use. It also has comprehensive services, including showers, toilets, cleaning and first aid.
