What it is like
Das Dornas occupies a small stretch of Ons island, within the Parque Nacional de las Islas Atlánticas. Its 100 metres of white sand and width of only 6 metres open onto a semi-urban frontage, with vegetation and protection as a natural area within the Natura 2000 Network. Low occupancy and calm waters suit a beach of contained scale and an island setting. Access is exclusively by boat and adapted access is available; as practical facilities, the listing notes a tourist office and food service, as well as the Sanxenxo nautical port.
