What it is like
Playa de Cunit extends for 1,200 metres of golden sand and is 30 metres wide, on an urban frontage with a seafront promenade and calm waters. The beach is organised by seven groynes, identified from south to north as Can Toni, Les Sorres, Valparaiso, Cunit Centre, Les Planes, Cunidor and Diagonal, a feature that makes its layout recognisable. Access is easy on foot or by car, with more than 100 parking spaces. It offers assisted bathing, toilets, showers, drinking water, water-sports equipment hire and sports areas.
