Playa de Colera opens onto the town centre beside the fishing port, with a constant movement of boats that are often moored along the shore. It is 140 metres long and 30 metres wide, with dark sand and gravel, a seafront promenade and a fully urban frontage. The swell is usually moderate and there may be wind. It is easily reached on foot or by car, with fewer than 50 parking spaces, and has showers, toilets and food service.
