What it is like
Playa de Camaxe, also known as playa del Carreirón, combines an isolated beach of coarse sand with a semi-urban setting of vegetation and dunes. Its 100-metre length and 5-metre width form a narrow strip of sheltered waters within an area with an anchorage zone. It is easily reached on foot or by car from the CC-550, with more than 100 parking spaces and interurban transport. Practical facilities include toilets, showers, food services, hire of sun loungers, parasols and nautical equipment.
