What it is like
Playa de Calnegre is an urban beach on La Manga del Mar Mediterráneo, formed by golden sand and gravel. It extends for 600 metres with a width of 20 metres and combines high occupancy with a broad range of practical facilities: foot showers, cleaning, hire of sun loungers, parasols and nautical equipment, as well as anchorage service. Access is easy on foot, by car or by boat; the road access is via the La Manga motorway, with more than 100 parking spaces and an urban bus connection.
