What it is like
Cala de l'Estany Podrit comprises small coves with a steep profile, beautiful cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation, within a protected natural area. The beach is 70 metres long and 13 metres wide, combining golden sand and rounded stones in front of a mountain landscape. Waves are usually moderate and occupancy is low, in keeping with its isolated character. It can be reached on foot, by car or by boat; the approach has between 50 and 100 parking spaces, and there are cleaning and anchorage areas.
