What it is like
Cala Carbó is a very rustic beach of dark sand, isolated in the northern part of the island and surrounded by a mountainous landscape. At 220 metres long and 55 metres wide, it offers a broad scale within surroundings of low occupancy and calm waters. It forms part of an Area of Natural Interest and has an anchorage. Access on foot is difficult, along a partly paved path whose location is hard to find and whose terrain is rugged; it can also be reached by boat. The entry indicates a reference road without specifying a nearby route.
