Embalse Cubillas identifies an inland bathing area located in Albolote, Granada. It lies north of the city of Granada and forms part of a setting where the Cubillas, Bermejo and Blanco rivers meet. The reservoir is surrounded by a landscape of mountain ranges and depressions, with native vegetation and migratory birds. The listing groups an official bathing area. Albolote Town Council also notes the existence of water activities and the Club Náutico Universitario at this site.
